If you are like me, then you probably have an an eye for happy party decorations, themed celebration and everything around Happy Days. Balloons! Who doesn’t like them? Balloons are equal to uplifting happy vibes, balloons are cheering you up no matter what! Since in my blog many of the fashion DIYs are inspired by celebration and party scene, for example the Metallic Balloon net oversized T-shirt with a silver applique on it, I thought it would be time to experience more of the happy birthday vibe. There is just something about the balloons, their vibrant colors and cute shapes that make them so much fun to craft with. This is the one and only do it yourself balloon kit you ever need! I wanted to make these balloons extra colorful, make the colors to pop out, and go with the strings extra! So I have added neon rainbow colored strings. You can diy a balloon shape emoji with using one color only, Along with my DIY from the past where I have indulged into balloons, today I wanted to share how to create your own DIY metallic balloon keychains using leftover scrap faux leathers!

MATERIALS TO MAKE YOUR OWN DIY METALLIC FAUX LEATHER BALLOON KEYCHAINS:

strips of faux leather
keychain with all parts
pilers so you can attach the chain at last
sewing machine
stuffing
neon rainbow string

Cut out the two sides of the balloon shapes, it can be elongated, wider shaped, mine is about 11 cm long and 7 cm wide.

Cut a smaller piece from the string and fix it to the wrong side of the fabric with your machine whilst creating a hook.

Fire up your sewing machine and start sewing the two side together, make sure you pick the right needles for faux leather otherwise it can skip a few stitches, once the balloons are ready add the filling. Optionally you can secure the end with your machine before applying the strings. Make a nice little bow and now you have a super cute new DIY fashion accessory that screams of party and celebrations.
